My name is Jessica Coppola, and I am the founder of Efficient Ledgers Bookkeeping, LLC. With over a decade of experience in accounting and an MBA in Business Management, I decided last year that it is time to follow my entrepreneurial dreams and open my own bookkeeping business.

As a Controller and Assistant Controller, I’ve worked closely with CFO’s, owners, and Group Controllers to increase profitability and efficiency.  I’ve done it all – from analyzing financial statements, cleaning up general ledgers, reconciling bank accounts, building budgets, creating depreciation and amortization schedules, posting year end accruals, and calculating commissions.  And now, as a certified Digital Bookkeeper and QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I’m even more equipped to help you manage your business’s finances.

As a highly analytical thinker, I love to solve complex problems with effective solutions.  I understand that many small business owners struggle to keep up with financials, which can be stressful and time-consuming.  That’s why I am here to help take the burden off your shoulders.  With my expertise, you can focus on managing business operations, spending time with family/friends, catching a baseball game (is that just me?), or doing whatever you want with those now freed up hours.
